Request Help With A Site Feature
A clear message can help the website understand whether the issue relates to a page, form, image, link, or user submission. For a search issue, include the words you entered and the app page you expected to find. Submitting a message does not guarantee a particular response time or outcome.
Why Some Requests Cannot Be Completed
After a valid form submission, the website stores the message and displays a reference number confirming that it was received. The website may retain limited information needed to prevent abuse or document a completed request. Do not send another message immediately unless the first submission contained an important error.
Protecting Information In Contact Requests
Third-party app account problems should be discussed with the provider without copying sensitive credentials into this website’s form. The email supplied in a contact form is not intended for public display. The website cannot protect information that a visitor independently sends to an unrelated third-party service.
